My Business Courses

After selling QALO, I took the method we used to build it and created what I call the Solving Hollow Framework to give every CEO the structure and strategy they need to scale with purpose and turn chaos into order.

These three courses make up the tiers of the Solving Hollow Framework.

By taking these courses, you'll know how to shape a winning business and avoid the costly mistakes most scaling business leaders make.

• Course 1: Principles of a compelling culture
• Course 2: Positioning your brand with a clear message
• Course 3: Designing a strategic roadmap

Each course lesson includes an editable template, which saves you the never-looked-at photographs of the whiteboard after a "how do we apply this" brainstorming session.

You can use the templates directly once downloaded, or you can use them as a guide and utilize and note-taking or planning software you are currently using.

What I hope you gain from the courses:

The goal is for you to gain confidence in your leadership. If you can shift the way you think from owner to culture builder, storyteller, and strategist, you and your business will never be the same again. I have spent thousands of hours creating, building, refining, crying over (truth), and refining this framework to be the tool your company has been missing.

If I could have gone back and given myself the most valuable possible resource while growing my business, this would be it.

PS Here's some advice as you go through it:

• It was intended to be done on a path from beginning to end, starting with lesson 1 of a compelling culture. It is chronological in terms that we start with the beginning of your business, and that leads you up to where you are today, planning your money.
• It is okay to go back and adjust something you put in one of the exercises.
• It is a long journey. Trust the process.
• Feel free to reach out directly to me if you need any help or have any questions

The journey will not be light, but it will be meaningful.
