How to define your version of success and stop comparing yourself to others - inspired by Jordan Peterson

Business Principles

In this video, I discuss what to do to define your own success and how to stop comparing yourself to others as an entrepreneur or CEO.

After reading the 12 rules for life by Jordan Peterson, I was inspired to highlight how he talks about the grey area that can exist between success and failure and how it applies to being an entrepreneur or a CEO.

In this video, I discuss what to do to define your own success and how to stop comparing yourself to others. You have control over what success looks like in your life, but you'll never find it if you are comparing yourself to others. Success and failure are seen as the only two options for us as entrepreneurs, small business leaders, or startup founders.

I believe there are more options than just the success and failure defined for us by social media, other founders, or the elite in business and sports. Begin comparing yourself to where you came from and you'll have a much different view of success. One day at a time. One foot in front of the other. You will get there and become a successful entrepreneur!
